ABOUT ADRIPARTE

With a legacy in construction that dates back to the early 1950s, Adriparte was, until 2007, the owner of 50% of MonteAdriano SGPS, a business group with a core business focused on civil construction and public works, having reached, in that year, a turnover of 280 million euros. That same year, Adriparte sold its stake in the MonteAdriano Group and began operating as a private equity, with multi-sectoral investments, especially in the area of real estate and renewable energy in Portugal, Spain, Romania and Brazil.

Currently, in the Portuguese market our projects focus on promoting premium real estate projects, with a particular interest in the rehabilitation of buildings in the historic centers of the cities of Porto and Lisbon, proposing spaces with contemporary comfort but respecting the character, history and charm of the original building.
