Alure

Developed by Aliança Atlântica Ativos, SICAFI, S.A., Alure is located in the historic heart of the city of Lisbon, on the iconic Rua do Alecrim, in an exceptional urban location of great grandeur.

Designed by Architect Samuel Torres Carvalho, the developed program reconverts a typically Pombalino building dedicated to services and commerce into a residential unit with 14 apartments, of varying types and areas between 88 sqm and 204 sqm, as well as 4 commercial units. The larger units offer parking in a semi-automated parking lot in the building itself.

With a total gross construction area above ground of 3,294 sqm, Alure represents a global investment of over €14,000,000.
