Quartzo is a real estate developer founded in 2011 in Brazil, headquartered in Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais. The company has a strong presence in this capital and its metropolitan region, but is also present in the so-called Triângulo Mineiro region and the metropolitan regions of São Paulo and Campinas. Initially focused on projects eligible for the state program to promote construction and housing for lower-income families, the “Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida”, today called “Casa Verde e Amarela”, the company has been diversifying its market, maintaining part of its projects within the “Casa Verde e Amarela” program and developing others within the scope of the Brazilian Savings and Loan System (higher ticket units, aimed at the middle class segment).
