This project, developed in partnership with Osborne+Co, is located at the intersection of two important streets in the city, Rua do Campo Alegre and Rua Gonçalo Sampaio, a prime office area in Porto, Boavista CBD, MUTUAL building, former headquarters of Ageas.

With ESG placed at the heart of the proposed intervention, the building will be refurbished to create around 10,000sqm of state-of-the-art Grade A office accommodation, meeting the health and wellbeing needs of the modern workplace.

This project represents an investment of more than €35,000,000.
