Alfândega 80 is located on Rua Nova da Alfândega, in the heart of the historic center of Porto, next to Ribeira (Material Heritage of Humanity) and on the first river line.

The project developed for this building by the Anarchlab studio, proposes for this distinct building from the beginning of the 20th century the creation of 6 residential units of types T1 and T2 (this one with parking), with areas between 57 sqm and 185 sqm, as well as a unit commercial.

With a total construction area above ground of 763 sqm, Alfândega 80 represents a global investment of around €3,200,000.
