Developed in partnership with Osborne+CO, this building is located at the intersection of two important streets in the city, Rua do Campo Alegre and Rua Gonçalo Sampaio, the prime office area in Porto, Boavista CBD, the MUTUAL building, former Ageas headquarters. With ESG placed at the heart of the proposed intervention, the building will be refurbished to create around 10,000 sqm of cutting-edge Grade A office accommodation, addressing the health and wellness needs of the modern workplace.
