Vacharest, Bucharest - Romania

Located in Bucharest, Green Cascade benefits from the proximity to Vacharest Nature Reserve Park. To take advantage of the surroundings and seek a harmonious integration, instead of a traditional block, the proposal developed by the architectural firm StudioAct, stacks all the ingredients of a lively urban neighborhood connected by a continuous internal garden. The project aims to create a three-dimensional urban neighborhood where suburban life merges with the energy of a city.  

The project has approximately 60.000 sqm of construction area intended for residential use.
