The project developed for this building by the Anarchlab studio proposes, for this distinguished building from the beginning of the 20th century, the creation of 6 residential units of 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms (this one with parking), with areas between 57 sqm and 185 sqm, as well as a commercial unit.

With a total construction area above ground of 763 sqm, Alfândega 80 represents a global investment of around €3,200,000.
