Comprised of a management body with four decades of experience and professionals with solid training and professional experience, Adriparte is a private equity firm with investments in different sectors of activity and geographies.
It is, however, in the construction sector that our DNA resides, developing its main activities there, acting as a developer, equity-partner or providing real estate investment solutions.

Our history
With a legacy in construction dating back to the early 1950s, Adriparte was, until 2007, the owner of 50% of MonteAdriano SGPS, a corporate group with a core business focused on civil construction and public works, having reached, in that year, a turnover of 280 million euros. That same year, Adriparte sold its stake in the MonteAdriano Group and started to operate as a private equity firm, with multi-sector investments, especially in the real estate and renewable energy areas in Portugal, Spain, Romania and Brazil.
Currently, in the portuguese market our projects focus on the premium residential sector, with particular interest in the rehabilitation of buildings in the historic city centers of Porto and Lisbon, creating spaces with contemporary comfort while respecting the character, history and charm of the original building.
