Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais, Brazil

Quartzo is a real estate developer founded in 2011 in Brazil based in Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais. The company has a strong presence in this capital and its metropolitan region, but is also present in the region called Triângulo Mineiro and metropolitan regions of São Paulo and Campinas.  Initially focused on projects eligible for the state program to promote construction and housing for lower-income families, the “Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida”, now called “Casa Verde e Amarela”, the company has been diversifying its market, keeping part of its projects within the “Casa Verde e Amarela” program and developing others within the scope of the Brazilian Savings and Loan System (higher ticket units, intended for the middle class segment).  By 2021, Quartzo has delivered more than 2.700 housing units and ended this year with 647 units under construction.
