Developed by Aliança Atlântica Ativos, SICAFI, SA, Alure is located in the historic heart of the city of Lisbon, on the iconic Rua do Alecrim, in an exceptional and imposing urban situation.

Designed by architect Samuel Torres Carvalho, the developed program reconverts a typically Pombaline building dedicated to services and commerce into a residential unit with 14 apartments, of different types and areas between 88 sqm and 204 sqm, as well as 4 commercial units. Larger units offer semi-automated parking in the building itself.
